Prior to joining ICV, Ms. Graves was a Senior Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Morgan Stanley focused on energy and utility companies, where she worked on several buy-side and sell-side engagements. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Ms. Graves worked as a process engineer at Lyondell-Citgo Refining Company in the lubricants group. Miss Graves holds a BS degree cum laude in chemical engineering from Florida A&M University and a Masters in Business Administration from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
